This limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturer-related part/product defects only on parts/products installed or sold by Trust Cellular.

Warranty claims must be made with-in 14 days of purchase or pick up.

Exchange only / No customer damage.

All devices sold include a 60 day manufacture defect warranty with Trust Cellular. (Does not cover batteries on device over 2 years old)
Devices must be picked up with-in 30 days of notification of completion or they will be recycled.
Monthly Prepaid plans are 30 days and limited to the mvno/carriers terms, conditions, privacy policies & restrictions. Dial 611 anytime to reach your carrier directly.
Refund policy for Accessories & Devices: with-in 14 day with receipt & subject to a 20% restocking fee, No customer damage. Restrictions may apply.
All labor & part payments must be made prior to services being implemented & are non-refundable yet are exchangeable.
